• 1. Metal cutting processing

① Hardened steel processing:

In the machinery manufacturing industry, a large number of parts made of die steel, bearing steel and other materials have a very high hardness after quenching treatment. In the tool manufacturing industry, when using PCBN grinding tools to grind the cutting edges of cemented carbide tools, high-precision cutting edge shapes and good cutting edge quality can be obtained. Meanwhile, when grinding some high-precision mechanical parts, such as ball screws, PCBN grinding tools can also play to their advantages in high-precision grinding, improving the surface quality and precision grade of the parts.
