    The applications of diamond powder in the photovoltaic field are mainly in the following aspects:

    Ⅰ Diamond Cutter

    ① Photovoltaic equipment manufacturing:

    In the manufacturing process of photovoltaic equipment, such as the production equipment for solar cells and silicon wafer processing equipment, various high-precision cutting tools are required for the processing of parts. Diamond cutting tools possess characteristics like high hardness, high wear resistance and high precision, which can meet the high-performance requirements for cutting tools in photovoltaic equipment manufacturing, improve the processing precision and quality of the equipment, and ensure the normal operation and production efficiency of photovoltaic equipment.

    ② Installation of photovoltaic modules:

    ② Stability and durability:

    Diamond semiconductor devices can operate stably under higher voltages and currents while maintaining good heat dispersion performance, effectively avoiding performance degradation caused by overheating. This enables diamond solar cells to maintain relatively good performance and stability under harsh environments such as high temperatures and high radiation extend their service life, and reduce the maintenance costs of photovoltaic power generation systems.

    ③ Environmental protection advantages:

    The manufacturing process of diamond solar cells can directly utilize carbon dioxide and methane in the atmosphere and is achieved thorough chemical vapor deposition(CVD). It does not require additional high-energy-consuming steps. Compared with the manufacturing process of traditional silicon-based solar cells, it has lower energy consumption and less environmental impact, and is more in line with the requirements of sustainable development.
